If you like the MLX Skates that we’re currently reviewing, and want a pair of your own, try winning a pair in the new MLX Skates contest.
In honor of the All-Star game, MLX Skates will be awarding one lucky fan a free pair of MLX Skates. MLX has two premier NHL athletes wearing their skates in the All Star Game. The first, Dustin Byfuglien is having an incredible season back on defense with the Atlanta Thrashers. The other athlete, Jonas Hiller, is currently wearing a custom pair of MLX Goalie Skates.
As far as the contest rules, MLX states that “Your task is to somehow incorporate MLX, Jonas Hiller, and Dustin Byfuglien into a piece of art.* The artwork can be a photograph, Photoshop art, or any art you can scan in and email, like a drawing or painting.”
Check out the official contest page for more information. Good luck and be sure to check back for our review of the MLX Skates!
I’m 43 and played hockey in high school.and haven’t skated much in the last 20yrs.due to a couple of accidents with a motorcycle.im feeling up to getting back on the ice real bad.and have been researching skates and equipment. And I really like the fact that the mlx skates are fully customizable. From what I’ve seen online. I just wish they weren’t so expensive.
Thanks
