This fall, along with a whole new line of skates, Alkali Hockey will be releasing brand new pants as well. The Alkali RPD Team pants will be one set getting an update, and the new pants will be the Alkali RPD Team + pants.
The biggest difference you’ll notice with the RPD Team + pants will obviously be the look. But Alkali has done something new this year that is really cool, they’re now offering two different looks/styles to the RPD Team + pants. There will be the new stripe design, and a new vent design as well. Each one comes with a variety of its own color schemes.
The Alkali RPD Team + pants will be using a ventilated pique stretch body fabric throughout. Between your legs will be an extra large lycra flex gusset to help maintain maximum mobility throughout your stride. The Team + pants will also use a 1680 denier ballistic dual layer reinforced knee to make sure you don’t see any premature ripping in the knee. This material will certainly help with knee durability in the pants. Alkali has also brought back the Sure-Fit II belt system with elastic flex back waistband. It’s comfortable and it gets the job done.
Alkali’s RPD Team + pants will be available in the fourth quarter of 2014, and should hover in a price range close to $69.99. You will be able to grab your pair from InlineWarehouse.com at that time.
Check out the Alkali RPD Team + pants in both the stripe design and vent design below. Let us know your thoughts in the comments as well. Which design do you like better? And would you pick up a pair of these pants for yourself?
