NHL Three Stars – What are they using?

FIRST STAR – ZACH PARISE, LW, MINNESOTA WILD

Zach Parise earned first star honors last week by leading all players with five goals and seven points in three games. He also tallied his third hat trick of the season, and fifth of his career, last week. Parise currently has 24 goals and 25 assists on the season, good for 49 points.

Parise is primarily an Easton guy out on the ice. He starts up top with an Easton helmet. He wears Easton four roll pro gloves, and an Easton Stealth CX stick. His pants are also from Easton. On his feet, however, are CCM Tacks skates.

SECOND STAR – BRIAN ELLIOTT, G, ST. LOUIS BLUES

Brian Elliott continued his hot play with two victories in two games played last week. First, he shut out the San Jose Sharks 1-0. He followed up that performance with a 4-0 shutout over the Vancouver Canucks. Elliott is 20-7-6 on the season now and carries a 1.95 goals against average along with a .934 save percentage.

Elliott is currently using an awesome vintage looking setup between the pipes. The legs pads are from the Bauer Reactor series, and his catch glove and blocker are also Bauer Reactor.

THIRD STAR – PHIL KESSEL, RW, PITTSBURGH PENGUINS

Despite once again being named the NHL’s most overrated player, Phil Kessel had two goals and five assists last week in three games played. Kessel’s totals are not as high as many expected playing alongside Sidney Crosby and Evgeni Malkin, but his output last week takes him to 23 goals and 31 assists on the season.

Kessel uses a variety of different gear out on the ice. His helmet is from Bauer, and he also uses Bauer Nexus four roll gloves as well as Bauer Vapor APX 2 skates. His pro spec pants are from CCM, while his stick is a custom Easton setup dressed like an S19.
