Ferris State Bulldog Buzzeo shows slick hands, snipes goalie

Ranked 19th in the nation, the Ferris State Bulldogs kicked off November with an impressive 3-0 win over the Miami (Ohio) RedHawks, who are ranked 4th nationally – moving Ferris State to a 4-2-2 record overall. Perhaps the biggest highlight of the night, however, came from Sophomore wing Justin Buzzeo when he tallied his first goal of the season in the third period.

Coming up the right side through the neutral zone, Buzzeo takes backhand pass in stride into the offensive zone where he displays some nifty hands with a nice deke around the lone defenseman before going far side with a shot from an acute angle on RedHawks goalie Jay Williams. Buzzeo’s goal ended up being the lone even strength goal of the contest.
