Seth Jones, Nathan MacKinnon, Jonathan Drouin. All three are exceptional hockey players, and have a bright future in the NHL. As the top three projected picks in the 2013 NHL draft, all three were quick to sign endorsement deals following the end of their junior careers. Fortunately for CCM Hockey, all three players decided they wanted to continue using CCM products as they head into their professional careers.
CCM is typically quick to sign prospects, having inked deals with many former top draft picks, as well as signing Connor McDavid to a deal at only 15 years old. Despite Alexander Ovechkin leaving the team a few years ago, CCM Hockey is piling up a great group of athletes to represent their brand both now and in the future.

Seth Jones was named 2013 CHL Prospect of the Year and played a key role is the gold medal victory of team USA at the World Junior Championships.
“CCM is the most legendary brand in hockey and I can’t wait to be part of its story. It’s an honor to be joining the team,” said projected first pick overall Seth Jones.
“With the recent launches of CL protective, Extreme Flex goalie gear and the RBZ stick, CCM has confirmed its place as the most legendary brand in hockey. The fact that Seth, Nate and Jonathan are already using our equipment is proof that CCM is a highly-desired brand by the superstars of tomorrow,“ said Philippe Dubé, President, Reebok-CCM Hockey. “From both a personality standpoint as well as an on-ice perspective, we believe these three young guns are a perfect fit to represent the brand.”
As part of the partnership, the prospects will play a major role in CCM’s global, on- and off-ice marketing strategies starting with the CCM RBZ “Freakishly Fast” campaign set to launch this summer. Each player will also be using CCM’s premium equipment, including the RBZ skate and RBZ Stage 2 stick, both launching on July 19.
