It would seem that by this point we all know how Mike Commodore feels about Toronto Maple Leafs head coach Mike Babcock, whom Commodore first played for as a member of the Cincinnati Mighty Ducks and then again later as a member of the Detroit Red Wings.
Commodore strongly dislikes Babcock, to put it nicely. He has suggested in the past that Babcock is the reason his NHL career ended, and there may be some other NHL veterans out there who would agree with him based on their own experiences.
Most veterans will not speak up though about their dislike for Babcock. Commodore, on the other hand, could make a career out of hating him.
The latest example came over the weekend when Pavel Datsyuk tweeted a congratulatory message to Babcock on his 600th NHL coaching victory. That’s no small achievement, and Babcock certainly is a heck of a coach.
What Commodore saw, though, was an opportunity to once again lash out at his former coach. In response to Datsyuk, he tweeted “Pav you are the man…but pipe down. We don’t want to hear it. You never listened to that piece of shit anyways.”

You have to wonder if we’ll ever hear Mike Babcock’s side of the story regarding all of this.
