Loser: Anahiem Ducks
The Ducks lost Dustin Penner, and lost a solid backup net minder in Viktor Fasth. They made some acquisitions, but many of them were draft picks. The Ducks were thought to be primary contenders for names like Thomas Vanek or Marian Gaborik. Instead, they came up with no big names. Fortunately for the Ducks, they have a real solid team already heading into the playoffs.
