Bauer Supreme Total One MX3 LE Limited Edition Skates

Update: The Bauer Supreme Total One MX3 LE skates are now available for pre-order at Ice Warehouse. Click here to pre-order!

The next skates from Bauer Hockey set to get the limited edition treatment will be the upcoming Bauer Supreme Total One MX3 LE skates. We have heard a few rumors floating around, and know that these skates are scheduled to make their debut within the next few months.

The Bauer Total One MX3 LE skates will feature a completely blacked out look on the boot. Unlike a previous series of limited edition skates, however, the MX3 LE skates will still come with a white holder.

Blacking out the entire boot on the Total One MX3 limited edition skates should appease a lot of Bauer fans. Players like Dustin Brown of the Los Angeles Kings used to black out his Bauer Supreme skates, while many younger players today replicate that with a black sharpie over some of the colored portions of the boot. All of that hard work will be done for you with the MX3 LE skates, you will just need to pony up the initial cost to purchase.

It would also appear as though the inside liner has a different look as well. Instead of the grey on the MX3, the limited edition MX3 skates appear to have a yellow or neon-ish color liner which will really stand out inside an all black skate.

Check out the leaked picture below of the Bauer Supreme Total One MX3 LE skates and drop us a note in the comments with your thoughts! Would you rather have this limited edition version, or the originals?

  1. Looking forward to these! I love the new features of the MX3 (lacing system, new Tuuk holder), but not a big fan of the new look. I miss the classic simple black design of the One95, TotalOne and NXG. Not sure why Bauer didn’t stay with the core look of the previous Surpreme products. However, this limited edition should address that gap! Wonder when it’ll be for sale?

  2. Lovin the look of the blacked-out MX3s. Does anyone know if it’s possible to get a custom pair of a limited edition skate?

  3. These look awesome. I thought the originals looked good, but wow… I always love a blacked out skate. I hope you can get limited editions custom because the only thing I don’t like about the top end supremes is that tounge…

    • I’ve seen these in promotional pictures with both white and black holders. Does anybody know which is correct, or if both colors are an option?

      • Hockey Monkey is the only retailer I’ve seen offering the MX3 LE skates with black holders. I think they were the only one with the LE Vapor X100s with black holders last year as well. They must have a deal with Bauer.
