In addition to the highly anticipated Sherwood Rekker EK60 stick, Sherwood will be launching another Rekker stick this fall.
The Sherwood Rekker EK40 stick is expected to arrive at a lower price point than the $200 EK60, but still deliver tremendous quality. Additionally, the EK40 will be lightweight, have a low kick point, and be an extremely reliable stick.
Sherwood’s Rekker EK40 stick will come in weighing only 460 grams, and offer great balance, as well as solid accuracy and consistency. It will be one of the most affordable high end sticks available when it launches in September.
Similar to the EK60 stick, the Rekker EK40 will be equipped with a VRF.2 blade. The blade is “the most responsive and vibration-free blade the industry has yet to see” according to Sherwood.
The EK40 stick will also be available in Sherwoods new PP28 pattern for senior, intermediate and junior sizes. It will be available in a grip or non grip finish, and also come in PP26 and PP88 patterns.
